Our jungle valley-facing gym is thoughtfully designed to complement your padel performance and support full-body recovery. With dedicated Padel warming up & stretch sessions we teach you how to prep your body for the ultimate Padel session.

Our immersive padel program is designed to elevate your game. Train daily with experienced coaches who guide you through all key aspects, from defense and attack to service, volleys, glass play, bandeja, and vibora. We focus on fundamentals and finesse to build your consistency, precision, and confidence.

Arrival & Welcome

Day 1

18:30 – 20:30 → 🍽️ Welcome dinner with the group at the retreat restaurant & itinerary explanation

20:30 – 21:30 → 🧘‍♀️ Massage, gentle evening meditation or breathwork session

Technique & Introduction

Day 2

07:30 – 08:30 → 🥣 Breakfast

09:00 – 10:00 → 💪 Padel-specific strength & warm-up session (gym)

10:00 – 12:00 → 🎾 Padel training – technique & mindset

12:00 – 14:00 → 🌿 Free time: relax by the pool, enjoy the smoothie bar, recover in the sauna or ice bath

15:30 – 17:30 → 🎾 Padel training – strategy & drills

18:00 – 19:00 → 🧘‍♀️ Massage or mobility & stretch session

19:30 – Late → 🍽️ Free evening or optional group dinner

Day 3

09:00 – 11:00 → 🎾 Padel training – defense & serve

11:30 – 14:00 → 🌴 Special Bali activity or relax at our wellness 

15:30 – 17:30 → 🎾 Padel training – bandeja, vibora

18:00 – 19:00 → 🧘‍♂️ Massage, mindset or meditation session

19:30 – Late → 🗺️ Explore Ubud or enjoy dinner at your own pace

15:30 – 17:30 → 🎾 Padel training – mini tournament

18:00 – 19:00 → 🧘‍♀️ Massage or mobility class

20:00 – Late  → 🍹 Group dinner or relaxed social evening

Wrap-up & Reflection

Day 5
