Thank you for booking with Bali Padel Retreat. We strive to offer a smooth and transparent booking process. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, or changes are handled.

 1.⁠ ⁠Participant Cancellations
•⁠ ⁠More than 60 days before retreat start: Full refund minus any payment gateway fees and 10% handling fee.
•⁠ ⁠30–60 days before retreat start: 50% refund + 10% handling fee.
•⁠ ⁠Less than 30 days before retreat start: No refund.
•⁠ ⁠No-show: No refund.

 2.⁠ ⁠Deposit Payments
If your booking requires a deposit, it is non-refundable unless Bali Padel Retreat cancels the retreat.

 3.⁠ ⁠Transfers
If space allows, participants may request to move their booking to another retreat date.
Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the retreat start.
Only one transfer is allowed per participant.

 4.⁠ ⁠Cancellation by Bali Padel Retreat
If we must cancel a retreat:
You will receive a 100% refund or you may choose a rescheduled date at no extra cost.
We are not responsible for costs outside the retreat fee (e.g., airfare, visa charges, travel insurance).

 5.⁠ ⁠Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing time: between 7–14 business days.
Credit card fees charged by your bank or provider may not be refundable.

 6.⁠ ⁠Digital Services or Add-ons
Lessons, merchandise, or digital add-ons purchased through our website follow the same cancellation rules unless otherwise specified.
