You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

 2.⁠ ⁠Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
Full payment (or deposit if applicable) must be made at the time of booking through the available payment channels.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings remain at the price paid.

 3.⁠ ⁠Retreat Inclusions
Retreat inclusions (accommodation, padel sessions, transportation, meals, etc.) are listed on the relevant retreat page. We reserve the right to adjust schedules or activities due to weather, safety considerations, or operational needs.

 4.⁠ ⁠Participant Responsibilities
By joining the retreat, you agree to:
Follow all safety instructions from our coaches or staff.
Disclose any health conditions that may affect participation.
Hold personal travel insurance (recommended).

 5.⁠ ⁠Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review it before booking.

 6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation by Bali Padel Retreat
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to factors such as low participation, natural events, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive either:
A: full refund, or B: the option to transfer your booking to another retreat date.
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants (flights, visas, personal expenses).

 7.⁠ ⁠Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages related to participation in padel training, travel, or retreat activities. Participants assume all risks associated with sports activities.

 8.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including photos, logos, retreat descriptions, and branding—is the property of Bali Padel Retreat and may not be used without permission.

 9.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
